Self-Care: It’s never too late to begin an exercise program!
As a Life Coach, I encourage my clients to come up with a self-care plan that encompasses many areas for personal growth. Exercise is very important for optimum physical and mental health. Remember age is only a number.

We both attended Zumba® classes at LA Fitness before COVID-19. She always knew every step, so I made sure I could stand behind her. She is one of my earthly heroes. FACT: SHE JUST TURNED 88 and takes the same high-intensity Zumba class with me at Retro Fitness Gym in Delray Beach, FL. She danced and exercised all her life, and it really paid off. She is still very well-toned and has the best attitude. No more excuses, lol! It’s never too late to begin!
Consistency and accountability are the keys to success! I have a walking partner and someone else I exercise with at the gym. It’s fun and makes exercise more enjoyable. I hope you will set up your own self-care plan and make exercise a priority. You got this!
